Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been opened or used. This policy is in place to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A leaking product

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (if replacement is unavailable)

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Refusing delivery without a valid reason may result in order restrictions for future purchases.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect address or phone number provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier services

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
